In May of 2010 during track practice she hit a hurdle wrong and broke her right femur, which lead to a difficult recovery, but ultimately her love for Chiropractic. It was a Chiropractor who helped her get back on the track for practice in less than 4 months after her surgery. While in chiropractic school Callerina participated in 100 hours of extra courses to receive a certification in Applied Kinesiology. Callerina is skilled at working with athletes and working with the human body. Her experience as both a high level athlete and chiropractic doctor allows her to better understand leisure and competitive athletes so she can treat their weaknesses and help them maximize their strengths.

Callerina is passionate about Chiropractic and about working with athletes. She believes that in one way or another we are all pushing our bodies whether that is in sports or everyday life. Callerina’s goal is to educate as many people as she can about the importance of proper spinal structure and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
